Hi, I’m Javi, the founder of Timeless Terrain. My journey into landscaping wasn’t traditional, but that’s exactly what made me fall in love with it.

During the pandemic, life slowed down. I was living at home with my parents, looking for something to do. That’s when I decided to take on their front yard. It was tired and overgrown, but by the time I was done, it felt fresh and inviting. Something they could be proud of. That transformation lit a spark.

Later, I bought a fixer-upper of my own. The backyard was nothing but dirt and dead limbs, but little by little I turned it into something special.  I built a fence, created a fire pit, leveled the ground, and made it a place where people could gather and make memories. That’s when I realize, I don’t just enjoy landscaping, I love it.

What draws me to landscaping is the creativity. Backyards should reflect who you are. Whether you’re into sleek, modern lines or a cozy, farmhouse feel, your outdoor space can be a true extension of your home. It’s a canvas and I love helping people bring their vision to life.

Before this, I spent five years earning my engineering degree and went on to work as a project manager. That background taught me structure, precision, and how to run projects from start to finish. Now, I combine that mindset with hands-on design and construction. It’s the best of both worlds.

Outside of work, I’m usually knee-deep in a DIY project, staying active, playing guitar, or snowboarding when I get the chance.

Timeless Terrain is the result of everything I’ve learned through school, through work, and through life. My goal is simple: to build outdoor spaces that are both timeless in style and built to last. Spaces that make you proud to be home.
